She is never asked to give up a slice of her fee to be on this list, which is why the good ones are on it. Invoiced when the booking is confirmed. If it falls through, nobody owes us anything.
Rates are shown as bands because the real number depends on the job — a half-day of stills and a licensed campaign are not the same booking. Post the project and you get a real figure back.
