1. Adults only (18+)

2. Acceptance

By accessing SLITZ Magazine ("SLITZ", "we"), or by submitting any content, advertising or payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Submission & model agreement

If you submit content to be featured (as a model, performer, creator, DJ, venue, business or contributor), you represent, warrant and agree that:

• you are 18 or older and can provide valid government photo ID on request;
• you own, or hold all necessary rights and licences to, everything you submit;
• every person appearing in the content was at least 18 at the time it was created and gave informed consent, and you can provide signed model releases and ID for each person on request;
• you grant SLITZ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce, edit for format, distribute and promote the content in the magazine, on this site, and across our social media and marketing;
• the content does not infringe any intellectual-property, privacy or publicity right, and does not violate any law;
• you are solely legally responsible for what you submit, and you indemnify and hold harmless SLITZ Magazine from any claim, loss or liability arising from it.

Featuring is generally free; any payment for standout content must be agreed in writing in advance. We may decline, edit or remove any submission at our discretion.

4. Advertiser terms

Advertisers represent that they are 18+ and authorised to place the advertising, own or hold rights to all ad materials, and that the ad complies with all applicable laws and our content policy. Advertisers indemnify SLITZ against any claim arising from their ad. Ad placements are non-refundable once published unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payments & currency

Prices may be displayed in PHP, USD or EUR for convenience; charges are processed and billed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via GCash, PayMongo or other listed processors. Foreign-currency figures are estimates only and may vary with exchange rates and processor fees.

6. Age & content compliance statement

All persons depicted in sexually explicit content on this site were at least 18 years old at the time the content was produced. Records of age and identity are maintained by the respective content producers, who are the custodians of those records, and are available to lawful authorities on proper request. SLITZ does not knowingly publish content depicting any person under 18; report any concern to slitzmag@yahoo.com for immediate removal.

7. Intellectual property & takedown

SLITZ content and branding are protected. If you believe content infringes your rights or was published without consent, email slitzmag@yahoo.com with details and proof of rights; we will review and remove verified material promptly.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the site to break any law, submit content involving minors or non-consenting persons, harass others, or scrape, resell or redistribute our content without permission.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLITZ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
